The small print :

1. Purchases made from Amazon are governed exclusively by their terms of trade.

2. E-books are non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. E-books are supplied for the use of the purchaser only and will be available for download for a period of 3-days from the time of purchase, on the expiry of which access to the e-book will no longer be available.

4. Paperbacks purchased directly from the publishers can only be refunded after prior agreement with the publisher and only if they are received in pristine condition. The cost of postage remains non-refundable.

5. The copyright of the publishers on any material contained in the book and in this website, and not already in the public domain, is hereby expressly re-stated.

6. In the event of dispute, the Laws of England and Wales, and the jurisdiction of their courts, shall apply.

7. Nothing in these terms of trade will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.
